oh, and another thing: people keep commenting on how i probably don't know where budapest is and all this other stuff about how could i have used such a name and i probably did it to be cool. here's a little story about my name: i started photography sophomore year. the second film we watched was about a war photographer by the name of robert capa who was from...where? BUDAPEST in HUNGARY. that film made me cry. it had a great impact on me and his quote about if the picture is not interesting, then you were not close enough has had a great impact on my work and i felt it appropriate for me to choose a name of significance in a place where i exhibit my photography.
